Who are we?

Established since 1961, the Law Firm is the oldest law firm in Tunisia which is organized in a rational and modern way. Since its establishment, the Law Firm has been renowned by:

•     The respect of professional ethics: such us keeping the client updated and well informed, respecting confidentiality requirements, etc
•     High quality services: follow-up, advice, use of electronic means of communication.

Nowadays, the Law Firm brings together the experience of more than 50 years of its founder Mr. Salaheddine Caid Essebsi and of his partner Mr Fakher Ben Salem and the enthusiasm of the young talents graduated from the Universities of Law in Tunisia and France.

The Law Firm participates in all important investment projects and projects finance in Tunisia (privatization of cement plants and banks, new telecom providers, tourist investments…).
