Admitted to the Bar since 1984.

Mr. Ben Salem is a specialist in labor law, civil law, land and securities law.

He advises several companies as regards labor law and human resources management especially in period of crisis (economic difficulties, dismissal, and collective dispute).

He took part in privatization transactions in several sectors such as cement-manufacturing, banking and telecommunication.

He was also involved in arbitration procedures as arbitrator or as a lawyer.
